5 DAY COOKING COURSE

The weekly cooking course program is divided as follows:

Monday:
At 9 a.m. the group will be reunited in Florence and transferred from the hotel to Capezzana.
First day of the program will include morning cooking classes, lunch, a visit of the estate and preparation of pizzas and focaccia bread cooked in our wood-burning oven. 
Tuesday:
In Florence: grocery and pottery. A visit to the nicest open-air market to buy products for the evening dinner made by the class.
Lunch at one of Florence's best restaurants. Return to Capezzana to start preparing dinner. 
Wednesday:
Tuscan wines: from tasting to combination with Italian food.
Cooking classes and preparation of dinner. 
Thursday:
This day is dedicated to visiting specialized local artisans: baking bread in wood burning ovens, cooking demonstrations and readings on local cuisine in one of Tuscany's highly recommended restaurants, visit to a master chocolate manufacturer, return to Capezzana for cooking classes. 
Friday:
Grocery shopping with Patrizio for the afternoon cooking class. Olive oil tasting. Light lunch. Farewell dinner with the Contini Bonacossi family. 
Saturday:
Transfer to the airport or train station or to a hotel for clients planning on staying in Florence.
