1 DAY COOKING COURSE
Program of the daily cooking course:
h 9:30a.m.
Arrival at Capezzana, introduction and beginning of the course
h 1:00 p.m.
Lunch with the dishes prepared during the course and tasting of the estate's wines.
h 16:00 p.m.
Visit of the estate's production facilities
At the end of the course each participant receives a bottle of wine or oil and a personalized Capezzana kitchen apron.
The daily cooking course is available Mondays through Fridays upon reservation.
