"ALLA FIORENTINA" STEAK

  • A veal’s steak of 1 kg
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

 

To eat a good steak, the meat must have a thickness of 2 fingers. Put the grill on embers and when it will result hot put on it the steak.
Turn the meat only one time and take away the steak when you’ll see the mark of the grill on both sides. Put the steak on a tray and add salt, pepper and oil on both sides.
