COURGETTE "IN BUGLIONE"
Ingredients ( serve 4)
- 8 courgettes
- 1 onion
- a clove of garlic
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- black pepper
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil
Chop thinly the onion and fry slightly in a pan with the oil and the clove of garlic; add the courgettes already chopped and cook for 10 minutes. Add the tomatoes in pieces, salt, pepper and end the cooking.
