CROUTON WITH SAUSAGE AND "STRACCHINO" CHEESE

  • A sausage
  • 100 gr of stracchino cheese
  • 4 slices of tuscan bread

 

Skin the sausage and in a soup-tureen mix it with stracchino cheese.
Cover each slice of bread with the mix and cook in preheated oven for 5 minutes.
