BUNS

Ingredients ( serve 4)

  • A small cup of sugar
  • A small cup of Vin Santo
  • A small cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • Flour

In a soup-tureen mix sugar, Vin Santo and oil; add the flour and knead with the hands. Made stripes with a diameter of 1 cm and 10 cm length, join the ends to create a bun.
Put the buns on a baking-tin and cook in a preheated oven to 180° C for 10 minutes.
