CASTAGNACCIO
Ingredients (serves 8-10)
- 300 gr.of chestnut flour
- 50 gr of sugar
- 50 gr. of pine-seeds
- ½ glass of milk
- 100 gr of raisin
- water
- ½ dl of extra virgin olive oil
- a little branch of rosemary
Put the flour in a soup-tureen, add milk and water and stir strengthly with a whisk in order to avoid lumps. Soak the raisins and then add them to the flour with the pine-seeds and the rosemary.
Line a baking-tin with aluminium paper, oil it with extra virgin olive oil and add the mixture. Put in oven at 170° and cook for 40 minutes and then cover with oil.
