ROASTED POTATOES
(Serves 4-6)
Ingredients:
11/2 ibs Small fim potatoes
1Tbs minced fresch rosemary
2-3 crushed garlic cloves
1 Tbs fresch sage
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 200°C
Peel and cut potatoes into equal size small pieces and place directly into a large pot of water. Bring to a boil, drain and cool to stop cooking and pat dry. Spread on a baking sheet and mix all ingredients together with potatoes with your fingers to coat evenly.
Make an eve layer in the pan.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast until potatoes are golden brown, turning them over once with a spatula, about 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately.
