HOW TO REACH CAPEZZANA

(from Firenze)
To reach Capezzana from Florence, you must take national road SS 66 towards Pistoia, pass the villages of S. Angelo a Lecore, Poggio a Caiano and Poggetto. After Poggetto, turn left at the second roundabout and follow directions to Capezzana. You will pass another small village called Seano where you continue to follow the signs to Capezzana and after a short way up on a cypress lined road you find the Villa di Capezzana.

(from Prato Ovest (WEST) and Pistoia)
Take the national road SS 66 towards Florence. After passing the village of Catena you will find a roundabout with a marble fountain where you turn right following the signs for Seano and Capezzana, continue on this road and after Seano you proceed uphill on a cypress lined road to the villa di Capezzana.

(from Prato Est (East) and Firenze Nord (North))
Exit at Prato Est on the A11 highway (Autostrada) and follow the directions for Prato Center. After the underground passage turn left at the second roundabout following directions for Poggio a Caiano then continue straight on. When you reach national road SS 66 you must turn right and then at the first roundabout with a marble fountain left towards Seano and Capezzana. After Seano you proceed uphill on a cypress-lined road to the villa di Capezzana.
